A fence or deck can be very exciting. It adds life to your living space and can compliment your home well. After investing into these things, it’s important to keep them protected. The number one reason why a fence or deck is replaced is rotting or warped wood. The best way to prevent these things, is to apply a stain and seal to your wood. Stain gives your wood a beautiful look, enhancing the grain and giving UV protection (UV turns wood grey). A good sealant will penetrate deep into the wood, act as a conditioner, and prevent moisture from rotting the wood.
