Concrete will be the most strait forward on sealing when it comes to pricing while patios that need sanding and sealing have a higher price point.

This is where price will fluctuate the most. Removing coatings on decks can bring a lot of variables while cleaning old grey wood has a much more price consistency.

New or weathered decks that are typically on Veridian houses or Spec homes have little variation in cost. We look at posts, steps, railing type and length, Square footage and lastly height. From there you also have the option to include the underside of the steps and flooring.

A new fence will start at $9 a linear foot but can change due to height and style of fence. Some projects require more masking and attention to detail. This can push the price closer to $12 a linear foot on certain fence jobs.

Concrete can start at $1.2 a square foot to seal and move all the way up to $6 a square foot on patio sand and seal jobs. The size of projects will dictate this price the most.

To wash or strip old products we increase by $1 - $6 a square foot on decks and $4 - $8 a linear foot on feces. If you have a solid stain on your deck we can not strip it.
